Returns and Refunds
Entitlement to a Refund
Customers will be entitled to a refund where we are required to do so under any relevant legislation.
Returning Product to Us
Customers must notify us of any goods that are found to be faulty or not as advertised, in writing within 7 days of having received the goods. The goods must then be returned within 14 days of having been received. The goods must be accompanied with the original receipt of purchase. Claims after that time period may be declined, subject to the relevant legislation.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning goods.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and packaging of the returned goods prior to offering a refund. This may result in a refund being refused, subject to the relevant legislation. Sealed goods must remain in their sealed condition.
Delivery and Return charges
Customers who are entitled to a refund will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only, excluding delivery and return charges.
We will not be responsible for goods lost, stolen or damaged during return delivery. We recommend that you return goods via registered post, this way you will have proof of dispatch and delivery.
After assessing and approving the condition and packaging of the returned goods you will receive notification that your refund claim has been accepted.
Customer refunds will be made within 7 days via the same payment used to purchase the goods.
